Hand in Hand Children’s Ministry
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

The children’s ministry at Cloud Springs wants to work hand in hand with families in our community to teach children about who Jesus Christ is and what His role should be in their lives. It is expanding at a rapid rate, and we are excited! This year our nursery alone has increased by four new babies. Plans are constantly being made for teaching and ministering to our children.
We offer classes on Sunday morning from birth through fifth grade. Our nursery is staffed with loving workers whose desire to nurture is evident in their tender and attentive care. Our bible study classes are taught by knowledgeable and concerned adults who have a heart for children. It is our prayer that the children who come to Cloud Springs will not only feel loved, cared for, and safe, but also meet Jesus Christ in the Word of God and become His hands to reach out to others.
In addition, we have children’s church available for children ages three through eight during the worship service on Sunday morning. Our goal is to allow children to hear the Bible taught on their level and to give parents the opportunity to focus on worshipping and hearing the Word without distraction.
Likewise, on Wednesday nights TeamKID--a program designed for Southern Baptist churches to teach children Bible memorization, missions, and practical application of biblical truths--is the place to be. Children participate in games, eat snacks, work lesson sheets, listen to Bible stories, and sing songs all related to the topic of the night. This unique program allows every child to learn at his or her own level, much like VBS, in rotating schedules. You won’t want to miss this fun-filled time each week!
Of course, some big events are scheduled for our children throughout the year, as well. Children’s camp is a huge hit every summer. And bi-monthly activities are scheduled, with lots of parents coming along to help. Check the calendar so you don’t miss out on all the fun!
